Lovely Artin Piano: terms of use

1. Who may use it

Anyone may use the app to learn the piano. Children should use it with a parent's or teacher's permission. A parent or guardian makes the account for a child under 13, or agrees to the teacher doing so.

2. Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens with your account. Tell your teacher or academy if you think someone else is using it. We may close accounts that are misused.

3. The app and its lessons belong to us

The app, its code, courses, lessons, exercises, arrangements, pictures and the name Lovely Artin are © 2026 AI Think Global, all rights reserved. You may use them to learn and to teach your own students through the app. You may not copy, download in bulk, sell, publish, change or share the app, its code or its lessons outside the app, or build another product from them, without our written permission.

Songs that are in the public domain stay free for everyone. Our arrangements and lessons around them are ours.

4. Your content

Progress, messages, videos and songs you or your teacher add stay yours. You let us store them and show them to the people you share them with (your teacher, your students, your academy), only to run the service. Only add sheet music and videos you have the right to use.

5. Privacy

We keep only what the app needs: your name, username, practice progress and what you share with your teacher. Passwords are stored scrambled. We do not sell your data or show ads. Ask your teacher or academy, or us, to delete your account and its data.

6. No guarantee

We work hard to keep the app running and your progress safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. The app keeps working offline on your device when the server cannot be reached.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we will tell you in the app.
